Guangdong Huikong Environmental Technology has launched the 'Pigsty Intelligent Environmental Control System', which achieves 'millisecond-level' regulation of the pigsty environment through IoT sensors and cloud algorithms. This system can monitor ammonia concentration, temperature and humidity, and ventilation volume in real time, and automatically adjust in conjunction with fans, floor heating, and spray equipment. For example, when the indoor temperature exceeds 30°C in summer, the system will initiate spray cooling and negative pressure ventilation; in winter, it intelligently turns on floor heating and reduces ventilation frequency, saving energy while maintaining clean air. After being applied in a 10,000-pig farm in Hebei, the survival rate of piglets increased from 93% to 98%, the incidence rate of respiratory diseases decreased by 40%, and the annual energy cost savings exceeded 600,000 yuan. More breakthrough is that the system can learn the growth curves of different pig groups and automatically generate the 'optimal solution for environmental parameters', ensuring that pigs are in the best growth state at every stage. This innovation not only improves production efficiency but also marks the transition of the pig farming industry from empirical management to a new era of precision and intelligent management.
